Christmas Waffles: O'G Family Tradition

Ingredients: 2 cups Original Bisquick mix 1 1/3 cups milk 1 egg 2 tablespoons vegetable oil Toppings: Whipped cream Sliced strawberries (sugar added) Chopped walnuts Syrup Every year for a long as I can remember, we have made waffles for Christmas morning breakfast. I am a lover of tradition and always look forward to this meal.  Directions: 1.  Stir all ingredients together. 2. Pour batter onto waffle iron. Pour in the center 3. Bake for 5 minutes and remove. Pumpkin Roll

Pumpkin Roll Ingredients: 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup flour 3 eggs 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon 2/3 cup canned pumpkin 8 ounces softened cream cheese 3 tablespoons softened butter 1 cup powered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla With just a few days left in November, I only have a couple more "everything-pumpkin-flavored" recipes to share before they become "everything-peppermint-flavored". Pumpkin Roll is my favorite Thanksgiving dessert and I couldn't wait to share this festive treat. Directions Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix together sugar, flour, eggs, baking soda, cinnamon and pumpkin. Line cookie sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Spread mixture evenly on cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and turn on to a towel immediately. Roll into a long log an let cool. This is the most intimidating part.. but the roll is more forgiving than you'd think! Allow to cool. Wh...
